Trucioli

Non sono mai intervenuto sulla questione dei trucioli nel vino perché mi è sempre sembrata una stupidaggine: li mettano e lo scrivano in etichetta. Punto. Poi ognuno compra e beve quello che vuole. Ne parlo ora perché mi è appena arrivato - udite, udite! - un ordine del giorno contro i trucioli approvato nientepopòdimeno che dal comune di Rimini. Si preoccupa dei trucioli nel vino la città delle vacanze, quella dove - tanto per fare un esempio - qualche anno fa hanno servito come vino locale del triste Lambrusco (al posto dell'ottimo Sangiovese) solo perché lo pagava lo sponsor? La lotta ai trucioli non costa niente e allora via al proclama con tanto di sottoscrizione dell'intero arco costituzionale da Rifondazione comunista ad Alleanza nazionale e invito a "condividere con l'Amministrazione Comunale questa battaglia di civiltà contro lo snaturamento della qualità dei prodotti vitivinicoli". E il senso del ridicolo?

Sui trucioli nel vino la penso come te:
facciano quello che vogliono (intanto lo fanno lo stesso!) ma lo scrivano ben chiaro in etichetta. Sulla supercialità e l'ignoranza degli enti locali ci sarebbe da scrivere un poema. La speranza è che prenda sempre più piede il movimento delle DE.CO in modo tale che i comuni si strutturino con gente preparata a saper riconoscere la qualità e la preziosità delle produzione tipiche locali garantendo contemporaneamente al consumatore il controllo della filiera produttiva.

Il vero problema è l'etichetta. Ma un po' di polvere intorno ai trucioli potrebbe fare bene. Non credi? Anche se c'è molta superficialità in giro.
