Il turismo dei sapori

"Il turismo dei sapori - Localismo e globalismo nel commercio dei prodotti" è il titolo di un convegno che si svolge domani alla sede di Rimini della Facoltà di Economia dell'Università di Bologna. Si premieranno alcuni progetti dedicati alla valorizzazione del territorio e si discuterà un po' qualità, turismo enogastronomico, grande distribuzione, artigianato, agricoltura buona... Parleranno diversi professori della facoltà (Marcella Gola, Fiorella Dallari, Paolo Sorcinelli...), assessori e addetti ai lavori. Ci sarò anch'io a raccontare della "riscoperta dei luoghi del cibo e i rapporti con il territorio". In estrema sintesi dirò che le cose buone rendono un territorio più buono. Che i prodotti più umani, cioè fatti con la passione dell'uomo, rendono il luoghi più umani. Per chi fosse a Rimini e volesse fare un salto si svolge tutto all'ex Istituto Alberti, vicino a piazza Teatini, dalle 10,30 in poi, pomeriggio compreso.
