Un Tocai che sa di campagna
I vini parlano dei territori, li raccontano... Sanno dei luoghi, riportano la memoria a scavare nei ricordi... Così il profumo leggero di fiori e di mandorle di questo semplice e fresco Tocai Friulano 2003 prodotto dall'azienda Forchir di Felettis di Bicinicco in provincia di Udice, mi riporta a tanti anni fa, a una serie di conferenze nelle parrocchie del Friuli. Già, anche questo ho fatto, ho girato tra preti e fedeli, a parlar di giornalismo sociale, d'impegno, per quanto possibile, con la penna in mano. Dei preti, tutti ospitali, ricordo le cantine sotto alle canoniche. Luoghi dove Tocai, prosciutti di casa e salamini concludevano in gloria ogni serata. In questa bottiglia ritrovo più che in altre i sentori del Tocai, del vino "di qui". Del vino che (forse, probabilmente, speriamo di no, chissà...) cambierà nome per la confusione onomastica e non certo enologica con il Tokaj, perla splendente dell'enologia ungherese. Un brindisi allora ai vini buoni, comunque si chiamino, ovunque si trovino.
Ho sempre pensato che l'uomo giustificasse l'abuso di vino, sostenendo che la sua droga era in realtà un alimento. L'inebraiamento dei sensi è il motivo principale che porta l'uomo ad assoporare il succo d'uva o delgi dei. O almeno, la mia politossicità ammessa da un milione di cose, farmaci, sostanze, alimenti, acqua, e quindi non nascosta, mi porta a pensare a questo. E che lo scriva un astemio, tutto ciò è curioso. Certo, il vino alimenta, da calore, energia, vibra nel sangue e nelle tempie. Ma allo stesso tempo alza l'umore, il tono vitale e generale, un cd lo ascolti più profondamente, un film cogli le sfumature che altrimenti mai... e tutto un sacco di robe che sarete molto bravi ad immaginare. Questo discorso, vorrei però precisare e mi pare d'obbligo, che viene sospeso per le persone come Mic, l'altro Mic che saluto ma che non conosco e tutti i buongustai che gravitano attorno a questo blog. Perchè? Per il fatto che il vino per voi è cultura! Scusate se è poco. E scusate le scuregge mentali che ho appena fatto, ma lo sapete che sono un potenziale alcolista ora stemio da anni (e penso proprio a vita). Non dovrei scriverlo, ma numerose volte mi sono impegnato diverse iniziative contro l'abuso d'alcol. Fini sei un bastardo!
Ps: Scusate, ma quanti 11 settembre ci sono stati?
So che non centra un beneamato cazzo con tutto il resto, però l'11 settembre è solo quello americano? Solo quella è la tragedia di questppianeta? Ma perchè? Perchè è stata ripetuta più volte dai tg e descritta più volte dai giornali. In Sudan sono morti 2 milioni di sudanesi e che altri 4 milioni e mezzo risultano "profughi interni". Lo dice Amnesty, non m'invento nulla. L'11 settembre è "ridicolo" (è una boutade voluta e precisata dal sottoscritto, so del dolore di chi era nelle Twin Tower's) a confronto con quel che accade nel mondo! Matteo.
